Equity Release is a lifetime mortgage or home reversion scheme. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.

We will charge a fee for mortgage research in addition to any fee paid by the lender.

The level of fees will vary according to individual circumstances but will typically be £1,200 for our Lifetime Mortgage (Equity Release) service.

We work closely with specialist mortgage brokers who may be better placed than us to advise you. In these circumstances, we will refer you to another company who may pay us an introducer fee.
